Floyd Brown is the founder of Ewin Investment Group, a privately owned multifamily business, and been investing in real estates for several years. Floyd started his real estate journey from the scratch by doing some single family wholesale deals, that helped acquire some knowledge and skills into the fix and flip business. This is how Floyd was able to transitioned his skills into larger apartment deals, by providing great value and higher returns for his investors.

Noble Kpante is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Georgia where he became a member of the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineer (ASHRAE). Noble's engineering and reliability background gave him opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson and Gulfstream Aerospace where he managed continuous improvement projects. His experience in project management have made him a clinical underwriter which is very critical in mitigating risks. All of these experiences have been guiding him to identify opportunities for all of our investors. During his time at Johnson & Johnson he was part of a project that saved the company six million dollars, in both cost savings and cost avoidance.
